The Becoming:
Portugal
— Integration
A 4-Night Spiritual Retreat in Portugal · Integration & Embodiment
This is where transformation becomes real, lived, and embodied.
The Integration
This is where everything begins to land.
The Becoming: Portugal is a deeply intentional container designed to help you anchor, embody, and integrate the transformation you are stepping into.
Held at Cara Creek Eco Lodge — a minimal, off-grid sanctuary tucked into the Portuguese countryside — this experience strips away everything unnecessary so that what is real can finally be felt. Rivers, forests, open skies, and fire circles form the backdrop of your integration.
You are not here to chase transformation — you are here to become it.
The Land
Why Portugal
Cara Creek sits within the wild, quiet interior of Portugal — far from distraction, close to what is essential. Rivers, old-growth forest, fire, and sky hold the container. The minimal setting is not a compromise — it is the point.
When there is nothing to escape to, presence becomes natural.
